Most clients pick Get Customers at £250 — engineered to bring in enquiries with 5 pages, gallery, Google reviews, WhatsApp chat, advanced local SEO and GBP setup. Get Found at £100 is for a single-page digital business card. Own Your Area at £500 is the full works — up to 15 pages, copywriting, booking, blog, Ledger dashboard and full GBP setup. Market Leader at £1,500 is for businesses who want to dominate with unlimited pages and monthly ghost-written blog posts.
Yes. I design your homepage in full before you pay a penny. If you don't like it, you walk away with no obligation. The mockup and its design remain my intellectual property until the build fee is paid — it's not there to be taken to another developer to copy.
Yes. Whatever rate you sign up at — £20, £40, £60 or £120 — is locked for life. Even when prices rise for new customers in future years, yours stays exactly where it started. You'd have to cancel and re-sign for a new rate to apply.
Yes, any time. You only pay the difference in build fee plus the updated monthly rate going forward. Your new monthly rate is then locked for life from the day you upgrade.
Hosting, SSL certificate, domain renewal, automatic backups, email forwarding, and unlimited content updates — new prices, new photos, new service lists, new text. Major structural rebuilds, brand-new pages outside your tier's page count, or full redesigns are quoted separately.
No long-term contracts. The monthly fee is rolling — cancel any time with 30 days written notice. The notice period is so hosting can be wound down, your domain transferred and files handed over cleanly.
Once the build fee is paid in full, you own the design and content of your site. Your domain is registered in your name from day one. If you ever leave, the domain is transferred and source files handed over within 14 days of final payment clearing.
If a monthly payment fails, I'll contact you immediately and give you 14 days to resolve it. If not sorted by then, hosting, SSL and email forwarding are paused and the site temporarily goes offline until the account is brought up to date. The domain always stays in your name.
Usually within about 48 hours of approving the mockup, assuming content, photos and required information have been supplied. Turnaround depends on how quickly feedback is returned.
The client provides photos, logos, service descriptions and copy. The client is responsible for ensuring any images, logos or copy supplied are legally theirs to use.
Because the free mockup lets you see the full design before committing, build fees are non-refundable once work begins on the live build. Monthly fees are non-refundable for the month already in progress, but future months can be cancelled any time with 30 days notice.
Yes. Existing WordPress, Wix or other sites can be rebuilt from scratch at the standard build fee for whichever package is chosen. If you're currently paying another provider, cancel that account separately — Pixel Heaven doesn't manage or close existing accounts on your behalf.
A private business dashboard included free with Own Your Area and Market Leader. Track invoices, expenses, cash flow, customers, bank balances and basic payroll — on your own domain. It pairs with your accountant; it's a dashboard, not a statutory accounting system.
