How it works

You introduce

Send an email CCing me, or pass my details to your client however you normally introduce. Tell me who to expect.

We handle it

I run the mockup, build and launch process directly with your client. You stay out of it unless you want to be copied in.

Client pays us

The client pays the standard build fee and monthly. No handling of money by you, no awkward "who invoices whom" logistics.

We pay you £100

Paid by bank transfer within 14 days of the client's build fee clearing. Every referred client, every time.

The terms

No contract, no lock-in, no small print.

What the partnership actually is

  • £100 per referred client who signs up for any paid build tier (Get Found, Get Customers, Own Your Area or Market Leader). Paid within 14 days of the build fee clearing, by UK bank transfer.
  • The referral window is 90 days. If a client you introduce signs up within 90 days of first contact, the fee is paid. Leads that go cold and come back independently 18 months later don't count.
  • No exclusivity required. You can partner with ten other web designers, introduce clients to whoever fits best, and we pay you when ours is the one they pick.
  • Preferred-partners listing goes live on pixelheaven.org within 7 days of your first referred client signing up. Logo, link, one-line description — we do the listing, you approve the wording.
  • Reciprocal referrals are informal. When our clients ask for an accountant / solicitor / photographer, we recommend partners who've sent us quality leads. We don't expect money from you for our referrals, and you're under no obligation to send ours clients.
  • Either side can end the partnership at any time by letting the other know. Any referral fees earned before that point are still paid normally.
  • Client confidentiality is respected. If a client you refer prefers their advisor not to be named publicly as the referrer, we honour that without question. You still get paid.
FAQ

Partner questions, answered.

Flat fees are simpler, easier to track, and don't create weird incentives (like pushing a client toward a higher tier than they need). £100 per referred client is straightforward — one number, no calculations, no "does monthly revenue count" arguments. If you'd rather percentage terms for a specific high-ticket relationship, we can discuss — but the default is flat £100.
No formal contract. The partnership is a light-touch business relationship, not a legal one. If you prefer something in writing we can exchange a simple email confirming the terms on this page — that's enough for most professionals and their accountants.
We'll credit whoever made the introduction first. In practice this almost never happens — but if it does we'll be transparent about which introduction we received first. If it's genuinely ambiguous we'll split the fee.
Not currently. Every build is delivered under the Pixel Heaven name, because we own the ongoing hosting, support and maintenance relationship. If you want a fully white-labelled offering we can have a separate conversation, but that's outside the standard partnership.
Easiest: email me (james@pixelheaven.org) or WhatsApp (07551 648681) CCing your client with a one-liner like "this is the web designer I mentioned". I'll take it from there. Alternatively, just give them my contact details and tell them to mention you — the client will usually do that unprompted because it frames the introduction as trusted.
We don't build for: adult content, crypto/forex trading, MLM schemes, gambling, or anything illegal in the UK. Everything else is fair game — tradespeople, professional services, retail, hospitality, health and wellness, e-commerce. If you're unsure about a specific referral, just ask before introducing.
