At the end of each month you get the next month on one page: what is going out, when, and why. Change anything you do not like, or reply "fine" and we run it. Nothing appears on your page as a surprise.

All we need from you is photos

Snap the jobs you are already doing and send them over on WhatsApp whenever you think of it. That is the whole job. If a month goes by and you send nothing, we still post, we just lean on what we already have and tell you what to photograph next time.

Straight answer on what this is not. It is not advertising: there is no ad budget inside the £250 and we are not running paid campaigns with it. It is also separate from the 90-day Google promise, which applies to websites only. Social media builds an audience over months, and anyone promising you a fixed result by a fixed date is guessing.

No. It is £250 a month standalone with no website required, and we will happily point posts at a site somebody else built. If you are already on one of our packages it is £200 a month instead, on top of your existing monthly rate.

Most people think this and most people are wrong. A phone photo of a finished job beats a stock image every time. We tell you exactly what to snap and when, usually a wide shot before you start and the same angle when you finish. If you genuinely have nothing yet, we start with what your business does, your area and your reviews, and build the library as you go.

Not on your behalf, and deliberately so. Customers can tell when a stranger is answering, and pricing questions need you. What we do is watch the comments, keep the page tidy, and flag anything that looks like a genuine enquiry so it does not sit unread for a fortnight. Your inbox stays yours.

Only if you want to. You get the month's plan up front and can change anything on it. After that most clients tell us to get on with it. If you would rather sign off each post individually we can work that way, it just slows things down and the results are the same.

Not in this package. Facebook and Instagram are where local customers actually are for most of the businesses we work with, and doing two properly beats doing five badly. If LinkedIn genuinely matters for your business, say so when you enquire and we will quote it separately rather than pretend it is included.

We are not going to give you a number, because anyone who does is making it up. Honestly, follower count is close to the least useful thing you can measure. The point is that when somebody in your area is asked "do you know a good one?", your page is active, your work is visible and you look like a business that is still trading. The monthly report shows reach, engagement and profile visits so you can see what is actually moving.

No. Rolling monthly, cancel with 30 days written notice. The notice is so the last scheduled posts run and your logins are handed back cleanly. Everything we posted stays on your page, and your accounts remain yours throughout. We never take ownership of a client's page.

First posts usually go out within a week. We need access to your pages, a handful of photos, and about twenty minutes on the phone so the captions sound like you rather than like a marketing agency.
