Do I really get a preview for free?
Yes. Your homepage is designed and coded in full before you pay anything. If you don’t like it you walk away with no obligation. The preview and its design stay my intellectual property until the build fee is paid, so it isn’t there to be taken to another developer to copy.
Is my monthly price really locked for life?
Yes. Whatever rate you sign up at, £20, £40, £60 or your bespoke Custom monthly, is locked for life. When prices rise for new customers in future years, yours stays exactly where it started.
What is included in the monthly fee?
Hosting, SSL certificate, domain renewal, automatic backups, email forwarding, and unlimited content updates: new prices, new photos, new service lists, new text. Major structural rebuilds, brand-new pages outside your tier’s page count, or full redesigns are quoted separately.
Am I locked into a contract?
No long-term contracts. The monthly fee is rolling and you can cancel any time with 30 days’ written notice. The notice period is so hosting can be wound down, the domain transferred and files handed over cleanly.
Do I own the website and the domain?
Once the build fee is paid in full you own the design and content of your site. Your domain is registered in your name from day one. If you ever leave, the domain is transferred and source files handed over within 14 days of final payment clearing.
Can you rebuild the site I already have?
Yes. Existing WordPress, Wix or other sites can be rebuilt from scratch at the standard build fee for whichever tier you choose. If you are currently paying another provider you will need to cancel that account yourself, as Pixel Heaven cannot close accounts on your behalf.
